    These are great tips. I don’t love long flights. I get antsy after about 4 hours, so I can’t imagine 14. The longest haul I’ve done is New York to London, and I felt like I was out of it for at least the first 24 hours. I have some flights in the planning stages right now, and I’ve bookmarked your tips to help ease the pain!
