Don’t forget to stop at the Kohala Welcome Center just as you enter Hawi. It offers local guides, a beautiful corridor with boards telling the story of Kohala’s history and culture, and CLEAN restrooms.

Hi Courtney. I get to go back next month as my husband’s doing a triathlon training camp. I’m going to try and hit the Hilo side this time and explore over there while he’s off “working”.
