    Dana,
It is no easy fit to be the backbone of such an active family. Would all of that amazing-ness happen if you were not around? Sometimes life throws us for a curve and we have to do what’s best for us. Perhaps, you needed to take a break from running to make sure everything else ran? I am applauding you for your strength and remaining positive despite of your troubles. The plan of you getting fit at 46? You will ace it – of that I have no doubts!

Anna, thank you so so much. Your words are sweet and so encouraging. My plan, just be active everyday no matter what! What is your favorite way to stay fit?

I try to eat healthy and go to the gym every other day… It’s not always easy. Dating a triathlete is a good motivator 🙂 He inspires me to take better care of myself 🙂

Anna, I totally agree living with a triathlete is a great motivator. I also love the feeling of race day, it gets me excited to run.

I absolutely LOVE this Dana. And ouch lady, that looks horrendous! You know I am trying to recover from Adrenal Fatigue and trying to get back into shape (slowly). We can support each other 🙂
