    I do much better in a group setting or with a trainer. I am too lazy to look up my own routines plus I prefer educated/fit people showing me the ropes. I had 3 sessions with a personal trainer in June, religiously worked on what he taught me and then got bored by August. I joined boot camp in September. Talk about intense! By December I was tired of getting up at 5 am to go to the gym. My loving tri boyfriend surprised with more sessions for Christmas 🙂 Personal trainer it is, again, and I am excited about learning something new. Good luck in your exercise in 2015!
